Booney Spiller Enterprises LLC was founded by service-disabled veteran Leroy Spiller to continue serving our nation in a new capacity. After 4 of military service and 40 years in government contracting, Leroy established Booney Spiller Enterprises to fill a critical need for reliable, efficient, and compliant contracting services.

Our company brings together a team of professionals with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, combining the best practices from both worlds to deliver superior results for our government clients.

Finally, as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we understand the unique challenges and requirements of government operations. We've walked in those boots. We speak your language. And we deliver with the precision and accountability you expect.

    Our founder and owner, Captain Leroy Spiller Jr., Military Intelligence Officer, brings over 40 years of invaluable experience from his tenure with the Department of Defense. His extensive background in project management, contracting, and logistics has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges inherent in government operations.

    Complementing this seasoned expertise is Brianna Spiller (University of Texas at Austin - McCombs Business School - Summa Cum Laude), whose dynamic experience in IT, marketing, and project management spans multiple industries over the past eight years. Brianna’s innovative approach and proficiency in integrating technology with strategic marketing amplify our capability to not only manage projects but also drive impactful communication and operational efficiency. Her fresh perspective and adaptive strategies help us remain agile in a rapidly changing landscape.
